Rabe Iyer joins Motivator as managing partner

He will also be a part of the GroupM managing committee

Rabe Iyer joins Motivator as managing partner

Rabinder Thirumurthy (better known as Rabe Iyer), has joined Motivator as managing partner with effect from today. He will be based in Gurgaon and will report to Ajit Varghese, managing director, Maxus and Motivator - South Asia. He will also be part of the GroupM managing committee.

In a note, Varghese said, "Rabe will be responsible for leading Motivator India growth as we set our vision to increase the pie on emerging corporates and open up offices in new geographies of India."

Iyer joins Motivator from Reliance Broadcast Network Limited, where in his four years, he is credited with driving the outdoor, live entertainment, activation, exhibition and radio businesses. He has 20 years of advertising media experience spanning integrated agencies and media agencies in India and Vietnam.
