Conrad with his brilliant networking skills and in-depth understanding of the industry is a perfect fit for external affairs. While Lokesh's dual charge is in sync with our endeavour to provide a collaborative communication platform to our clients that will increasingly seek to utilize the synergies between Public Relations and Activation. It also is a unique initiative that takes our specialist offering to a differentiated space in the industry."

Conrad Saldanha commented, "Rediffusion today is a young, dynamic and enthusiastic team with innovative ideas. I look forward to sharing the valuable insight into the Rediffusion Group acquired during my 25+ years in the organisation with them, to help as best as I can to fulfill their goals."

Lokesh Tiwary said on his new role, "With 'bang for the buck' becoming increasingly important for clients in such tough times, clients are no longer looking for piece meal solutions to their communication requirements. I am delighted to be playing a much larger role in bringing about this change and am confident that with the combined strength of Showdiff and Rediffusion Y&R Public Relations, we will be able to offer a much more enhanced product to our clients."
