RK Swamy Media Group brings in Gautam Rajagopal

 

Gautam Rajagopal has joined RK Swamy Media Group as general manager and national head - buying. As part of his role, he will have a specific focus on television, cinema and radio. Rajagopal is based in Mumbai and will be part of the senior management team at the agency.

On the appointment, Sandeep Sharma, president, RK Swamy Media Group, said, “Gautam has over 17 years of national level buying  experience in the broadcast medium. He has a strong sense of market realities and has sound  relationships with the media partners. He will help drive better return on investment (ROI) for our clients and contribute to growing the business.”

Prior to this, Rajagopal was vice president, investments (West) at MPG. He has also been with Starcom, Carat, OMS, Madison and Contract.
