Announces new roles for Aditya Babbar, Akash Saxenaa, Asim Warsi, Dipesh Shah, Mohandeep Singh, Raju Pullan and Sumit Walia

Samsung India announces top-level changes
Samsung India has announced organisational changes through which it aims to expand its footprint in India. 
 
Mohandeep Singh, SVP - sales and retail marketing, Samsung Mobile, has been appointed as head - sales, marketing and operations for the consumer electronics business. 
 
Raju Pullan has been appointed as head - sales and retail for the mobile business in India. Pullan was SVP - sales, SOP and marketing for the consumer electronics business.
 
Aditya Babbar, who was heading product and marketing for Samsung India, will lead product marketing for the mobile business in India.
 
The organisation is creating three new teams to improve operational synergies and consumer experiences.
 
Dipesh Shah, managing director of Samsung R&D Institute Bengaluru, will also head a newly created India customer experience (ICX) and business strategy team to create multiple device experiences for Indian consumers.
 
The new direct-to-customer team will be headed by Sumit Walia who will also lead the corporate marketing team. Walia joined Samsung from Oppo last year.
 
A new enterprise business team will be headed by Akash Saxenaa. 
 
Asim Warsi, who was SVP and head of e-commerce, will be pursuing a different professional path, and will continue to be associated with Samsung in some capacity.
