TME, the media company of 1 Rediffusion group appointed Uma Sivakumar as national digital head. In her new role she will be responsible for the media deliveries on digital for all offices of TME.

TME appoints Uma Sivakumar as national digital head

TME, the media company of 1 Rediffusion group appointed Uma Sivakumar as national digital head. In her new role she will be responsible for the media deliveries on digital for all offices of TME.

Sivakumar is a media specialist with online media experience of over 10 years in online media space. She joins TME from Tribal DDB (Mudra Group) where she was heading online media for the last four years. Prior to that Sivakumar was with Interactions, the interactive division of Group M. Sivakumar has handled the digital business of clients such as Times Business Solutions, Reliance group, LIC, Citibank, Volkswagon, HSBC, Godrej among others.
 
Commenting on her appointment, Divya Radhakrishnan, president TME said, "With the evolution of media consumption, digital has become a key focus areas across the portfolio of brands that we manage. So far, we were working with external partners to deliver digital solutions. However we felt the need to get the expertise in-house and with Uma leading this role I am confident that our digital solutions are going to live up to TME’s brand promise of delivering OTX tm (Opportunity to Experience)."
 
Uma Sivakumar, national head – digital said, "What excites me about is the opportunity to work with the diverse & interesting bouquet of clients of the Group. My responsibility will be to provide a digital media orientation within the agency as well as to all our clients."
