Vinay Maheshwari resigns from India TV
India TV has announced that Vinay Maheshwari has resigned from his role as group CEO. 
 
Maheshwari was with the news channel for a tenure of six months.  
 
Ritu Dhawan, managing director, India TV, said, “India TV thanks Vinay for the passion and commitment he brought to the Company. We appreciate his immense contribution in such a short time. We wish him the best in all his future endeavours."
 
Maheshwari said, “It was great working with India TV group though for a short tenure. Working with Rajatji and Rituji was a wonderful experience. Enjoyed every bit of it. I wish India TV all the success." 
 
In a career spanning over 27 years, he has also worked with HT Media, Sakshi Media Group and ICI Paints, among others.
