Vivo plays ball with FIFA
 
Smartphone brand Vivo has signed an agreement with FIFA to sponsor the FIFA World Cup for six years, covering two tournament cycles. This means Vivo will become the official sponsor of the 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cups. As a part of this association, Vivo will consecutively sponsor the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017, 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, FIFA Confederations Cup 2021, and 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
 
 
Enormous Brands strengthens its creative team
 
Enormous Brands has appointed Ajeet Shukla as executive creative director, Mumbai and Khurram Haque as senior creative director, at its Gurgaon office.  
Ashish Khazanchi, managing partner, Enormous Brands said, "It feels really great to add such immensely talented people to the agency. Both of them come with great expertise and some big campaigns which is likely to add value to the agency. We, at Enormous, welcome them and I am sure that they are going to add value both strategically and creatively."
 
 
ASCI strengthens its consumer complaints process
 
The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) has introduced an “Independent Review Process”. This procedure facilitates an independent mechanism to review the recommendations made by Consumer Complaints Council (CCC) if either the advertiser or the complainant is dissatisfied with such recommendations.
 
The new process will have a chairman, who will be a retired judge. Currently, Justice Mukul Mudgal (Retd. Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana, High Court) has been appointed by the self-regulatory organisation as the chairman for all Independent Review Process cases henceforth.
 
 
Prodigitz bags the Netgear India digital mandate
 
Prodigitz, a full-service digital marketing agency is now the agency on record for the digital marketing mandate for Netgear India. Netgear Inc. is an American global networking company that delivers products to consumers, businesses, and service providers.
 
 
A+E Networks | TV18 ropes in Jagdeep Singh 
 
A+E Networks| TV18 has appointed Jagdeep Singh as revenue head at A+E Networks | TV18. Jagdeep will be in-charge of revenue for the channels HISTORY TV18 & FYI TV18 and he will report to Avinash Kaul, managing director - A+E Networks | TV18 & president - Network18.
