Helios unites with modern-day Goddesses in the battle against social evils

Watch the film here

Helios has rolled out a campaign #TimeIsChanging, to pay homage to nine women who fearlessly confront contemporary social challenges.

The film poses a profound question: what is the face of evil today? It highlights disturbing manifestations such as acid attacks as a response to rejection, the devaluation of human life in a materialistic world, and the existential threat of climate change. Amidst these challenges, the film tells the stories of nine women who exemplify resilience and determination. Odette Katrak, co-founder of Beautiful Bharat, commits to sustainability, while Anupama Shivacharya, a callisthenics coach, empowers through physical fitness. Anvita Nair advocates for mental health awareness, and Pallabi Ghosh battles human trafficking. Bidisha Saika supports menstrual hygiene, Sumathi Ravindranath aids those with developmental disabilities, and Archana KR fights for clean school toilets. Priya Varadrajan empowers survivors of gender-based violence, and Pragya Singh campaigns for inclusive online KYC processes as an acid attack survivor. The film showcases how these women challenge societal norms and injustices, serving as beacons of hope on the path to a better world for all.

Ajay Dwivedi, head retail, watches and wearables, Titan Company, said, "At Helios, we recognise that time is changing, and we are committed to celebrating the strength and resilience of women who are at the forefront of this change. The #TimeIsChanging campaign is not just a tribute to the Goddesses of today but also a call to action for everyone to join hands and stand up against the evolving evils of our time. We believe that by sharing these stories and experiences, we can inspire more individuals to make a difference and empower women to lead the way in shaping a better future for all."
