Licious makes every Sunday an occasion to celebrate

Licious has rolled out a campaign, 'Licious Mangaiye, Sunday Manaiye’ (order Licious, celebrate Sundays) featuring actor Gajraj Rao that offers an insight into how one can make 'the best day of the week' better.

The campaign, conceptualised by Sideways Consulting, serves as a reminder to not let Sundays slip by and to make the most of the time spent together with the whole family. The film depicts a scenario from a family's cheery Sunday lunch when an unexpected relative in the form of Rao drops by unannounced.

The protagonist is pleasantly surprised to find a rich spread for the meal at the table and wonders aloud what could be the special occasion. After several unsuccessful attempts at guessing the reason for the above, the lady of the house discloses to him that there is no occasion in particular except that its a Sunday when the entire family comes together for a shared meal. 'Aap Sunday nahi manate kya?' (Don't you celebrate Sundays?), she asks him gleefully.

After all, why wait for a special occasion when a hearty lunch with near and dear ones on a Sunday is as special as it can get. This campaign is a reminder to not let Sundays slip by, and the film shows you just how it is done. So, wait no more, get your folks together and fursat, farmaishein and family ke saath Sunday Manaiye!”
