Volkswagen Polo GT promises to command 'respect'

Volkswagen has rolled out a new campaign for its GT range of the Polo hatchback. 
 
The film conceptualised by DDB Mudra opens with three young men in their car at a traffic signal grooving to loud music. That's until one of them looks into his side view mirror. He removes his dark glasses, seemingly in awe. Then, the lad at the wheel lowers the volume of the music. The third friend takes off his cap and sun glasses. The three awkwardly look up, as it is revealed that their actions were because of the arrival of a Polo next to them. The voice over says, 'Respect. It's the Polo GT' as the Polo zooms away. The film ends with shots of the car and highlights of the new model's features.
 
The film is currently on air.
