Leaders from the three streams will be honoured, acknowledging the fact that that the disciplines of marketing, advertising and media have to synergistically come together for any brand’s success, informed an official statement.

On the campaign, Srinivasan Swamy, president, IAA India Chapter, said, "The Metal team has been working closely with our team on this project for two months now. They have understood the scale of the task quickly, and have produced just the perfect campaign required for a very prestigious event like the IAA Leadership Awards which we believe will set new benchmarks in our industry."

Kurien Mathews, chairman and managing director, Metal, added, "The campaign put together by the Metal team focuses on the values of ambition, courage and excellence that the IAA Leadership Awards is celebrating in individuals from marketing, media and advertising.
