Ashok Lalla moves out of Mindshare

Ashok Lalla, leader - digital, South Asia, has put in his papers at Mindshare. Lalla joined the agency in November 2011, and his last day will be 31 May 2012. Prior to Mindshare, he was president - digital at Euro RSCG.

Confirming the development, Lalla said it was an exciting short period at Mindshare. On his brief stint at the agency, he added, "I believe my experience is better suited in a different environment. Moreover, I am exploring new opportunities which I will announce soon."

Ravi Rao, leader - South Asia, Mindshare, added that the agency is looking for a replacement. "Though we already have strong heads for each region - Kavita Dhyani in North, Anita Bhat in South and Suraj Nambiar in West, we are in the process of identifying someone to head the division."

Lalla is also the author and curator of 'The Future Of Digital For Brands'.
