Bates 141 won the account following a multi-agency pitch.

“I think all agencies made very good pitch presentations. The decision in favour of Bates was driven by their insights driven strategic planning inputs which a new brand like ours needs,” said Shefali Chhachhi (pictured), marketing director, Max Bupa.

"The brief from Max Bupa was simple. Create a strong customer connect and relevance. We had an integrated presentation which is exactly the way the Max Bupa team is approaching the brand," said Jayanto Banerjee, executive vice president, Bates 141.
