Bhaskar Group hires Biplob Banerjee as chief HR officer

Bhaskar Group has appointed Biplob Banerjee (pictured) as its chief human resources officer. In his new role, Banerjee's responsibilities include creating people systems, processes and an HR roadmap, improving basic hygiene factors and employee experiences and increasing employee engagement through communication and people-centric activities.Before joining the Bhaskar Group, Banerjee was associated with Nokia-Siemens Networks. He has also worked with Reuters and ABP. He started his career with Britannia Industries and later moved to PepsiCo.

Bhaskar Group has appointed Biplob Banerjee (pictured) as its chief human resources officer.
