Wizikey has launched an AI-powered social media monitoring solution in India. The solution provides a unified dashboard for PR and corporate communications teams to track and analyse news and social media in real time while filtering the noise. The solution's pricing models or licensing details have not been disclosed.

Touted as Asia’s first AI-powered news and social media monitoring solution, Wizikey’s new tool tracks YouTube, X (Twitter), and Instagram (available on request with multi-account support) while enabling Google Analytics integration to help analyse business metrics. Its sentiment analysis feature provides instant insights into brand perception, while smart filtering highlights only relevant data. Customisable alerts and one-click reports compile news and social media data seamlessly. Detailed metrics, including likes, comments, reach, reposts, impressions, views, and replies, give a clear view of engagement and impact, enabling data-driven decisions.

"Technology should take the hassle out of corporate communications. In a world where a single news can set off waves on social media and vice versa, having a unified dashboard is not a convenience but a necessity. With AI at its core, Wizikey empowers teams with seamless information flow and analysis, making media intelligence smarter, faster, and strategic," said Aakriti Bhargava, co-founder, Wizikey.

The media monitoring market is projected to reach $9.19 billion by 2030, mentions Wizikey, citing Mordor Intelligence research. Presently, PR and communications professionals make use of multiple tools for news tracking, social listening, and media analytics, potentially leading to clutter and missed opportunities. Wizikey’s AI-powered unified dashboard aims to help teams monitor news as well as social media in real time, track and analyse sentiment, and respond faster. Instead of flooding users with unfiltered mentions, Wizikey’s tool uncovers only the most strategic, high-impact insights, according to a company press release.

Early adopters, including a global consumer electronics major and an entertainment studio conglomerate have integrated Wizikey’s AI-powered monitoring into their workflows. According to Wizikey, these clients experienced a 60% reduction in time spent on tracking and analysis while eliminating the time required for manual research.

“No one has time to juggle multiple platforms for different media contexts. Wizikey simplifies this by bringing all media-online news, print news, and social into one solution. Its AI-driven insights make decision-making smarter, with alerts tailored to priorities and sentiment-led,” said Aabhinna Suresh Khare, CDO and CMO at Bajaj Capital.

Wizikey is an AI-powered media monitoring and intelligence platform that currently serves 500+ businesses. Founded by IIT and MICA alumni in 2021, the startup is backed by Indian Angel Network (IAN).
