Cosmetic brand Oriflame appoints Starcom to manage media duties

Starcom Worldwide has been appointed as media partner in India by Oriflame. The agency’s Delhi office will manage the account. Sharmili Rajput, marketing director, Oriflame, said, “We have partnered with Starcom as we believe they will bring value to our marketing efforts. Oriflame looks forward to a mutually beneficial relationship in building a strong marketing communications effort for the brand in India.”

Tarun Deep Kumar, executive director – India North, Starcom Worldwide added, “Managing Oriflame’s media investments in India are a matter of pride for us. We are excited that they have chosen to partner with us in achieving their marketing goals. It will be a great experience for the team working on the Oriflame business as they reach out to consumers in innovative ways.” 

The beauty company was founded in 1967 by two brothers and their friend, and sells its products through a sales force of independent consultants across 62 countries.
