She updated her LinkedIn and Twitter accounts to reflect the move. 
 
Raghunath moves from Times Internet, where she was digital head. 
 
Her LinkedIn post read, "Really looking forward to absorbing the world-class product vision and consumer internet exposure that Google provides. Have always admired Beddoe’s leadership in the Apac region and Sanjay Gupta’s ‘local, simple and innovative’ vision that have made India so important. Most importantly, building on the India News team’s extensive work and executing for India’s most diverse news ecosystem will indeed be a privilege."
 
In a career spanning over 21 years, Raghunath has had stints with Harper Collins Publishers, HT Mint, The Wall Street Journal, and Network18, among others.
