GEC Ratings: Star Plus and Colors gain; Sony catching up on Zee

The ratings for Week 29 have presented a bright picture for Star Plus and Colors, where both of them gained GRPs. Zee weakened a bit to close just three GRPs ahead of Sony to retain its third spot.

Star Plus continues to lead the pack with 320 GRPs, an increase from 309 GRPs registered last week. Colors gained 19 GRPs over the week to register 271 GRPs. Zee TV slipped from 193 GRPs to 185 GRPs, and managed to cling on to the third spot. Sony, though it slipped two GRPs, to end the week at 182 GRPs.

SAB TV gained marginally to close at 133 GRPs, while Imagine lost heavily to close at 65 GRPs from previous week’s 104 GRPs. Star One registered 37 GRPs, while Sahara One ended the week with 31 GRPs.
