India wins six silvers at the New York Festivals

India has won six silvers at the New York Festivals. Leo Burnett has won a bronze for “Tide Lipstick” for Tide in the TV/Cinema category.In the Radio category, Leo Burnett is a finalist for “Baby Rap” for Lingo India.

India has won six silvers at the New York Festivals. Leo Burnett has won a bronze for “Tide Lipstick” for Tide in the TV/Cinema category.

In the Radio category, Leo Burnett is a finalist for “Baby Rap” for Lingo India.

In the Print category, Leo Burnett has four entries as finalists for Luxor Highlighters –“Pink” and “Blue”, “Kitchen” for Bajaj Exhaust Fans and for “Swimmer” for Tiger Balm.  Out of the Box is a finalist for “Let children learn to be imaginative" for Mother in educational institutions. Euro RSCG is a finalist for “Harpic Drain Unclog” for Harpic Drain Opener. 

In the Outdoor category, Beehive Communications has won a bronze for “Sound Loop” for Tourism Malaysia. Leo Burnett has won a bronze for “Kitchen”, “Babyroom”, “Loo” for Bajaj Exhaust fans and a finalist for Kitchen for the same brand in a different sub-category.

In the Interactive category, Hungama Digital won a finalist for “Ghajini-the official film website”.

In the Mixed Media category, Leo Burnett won a bronze for “Luxor Integrated” for Luxor Highlighters Pens. RMG Connect is a finalist for “Thought is the most powerful currency” for Prabhu Premi Sangh Charitable Trust.

In the Arts & Technique category, Leo Burnett has won a bronze for “Tide God Shoot” for Tide Detergents and finalist certificates for “Tide God  Shoot” and “Polka Dots”.

In the Collateral category, Leo Burnett has won a silver for “Crime Mystery” for CID TV show and finalists for “A to Z booklet” for Getty Images and for “The Heart” for Rotary Blood Bank in the public service announcements. Dentsu has won a finalist for “SOUND 2009” for Aircel.

In the design category, Leo Burnett has won a silver for “Luxor stationary” for Luxor Highlighters and a finalist for “Splash” for Lokart Paint Thinner. It has also won a finalist certificate for “Tomato” for Tide in the Innovative category.

In television programming and promotion awards, Multi Screen Media has won silvers for “Babes” and “Dus ka Dum” in the Camerawork: Ppromotion Spot category and bronzes for “Frozen” in the Soundtrack/Audiomix: Promo Spot category and “PIX” in the Station/Network ID category.

MSM has won finalist certificates for “Arslaan” in the Original Music: Promotion Spot category, “Babes” in the Contest/Special Promotion category and Soundtrack/Audiomix: Promo Spot category, “Bumped” in the Soundtrack/Audiomix: Promo Spot and “Frozen” in the Contest/Special Promotion category.

NDTV has won silvers for “Benazir Bhutto Assassination aftermath analysis” in the Best Newscast category and for “Benazir Bhutto Assassination coverage” in the Coverage of Breaking News (longform) category.  It won finalists for “Life in a Metro” in the Station/Image Promotion category, “Rajasthan: An AIDS Diary” in the Health/Medical Information category, “The Big Fight” in the Best News Analysis/Commentary and “We the People, NDTV 24x7” in the Best News Analysis/Commentary category.

Zee News won a bronze for “Zara Sochiye” in the Community Service Programs Category.  It has two finalists for “News Promotion - Brand TVC” in the News Promotion category and for “Zara Sochiye” in the Best Public Affairs Program category.
