Innocean India hires Partho Chakrabarti, Anubhav Malhotra, Astha Sachdeva and Arun Upadhyay

Chakrabarti moves from Rattan India Enterprise, Malhotra from Essence Mediacom, whereas Sachdeva and Upadhyay join from Hakuhodo and ARM Worldwide respectively

Innocean India has announced appointments across the agency.
 
Partho Chakrabarti has joined as the business head and will work on the Kia mandate. In the new role, he will drive the integration agenda to deliver on the brand’s key priorities. Prior to this role, Chakrabarti was senior VP - marketing at Rattan India Enterprise, a tech-startup organisation. 
 
With around two decades of experience, he has also worked with companies like Cafe Coffee Day, HCL, Grey, Cheil and Lowe Lintas, among others. 
 
Anubhav Malhotra has been appointed as digital head for Kia Motors. He comes with up to 15 years of experience and has worked with Essence Mediacom (GroupM) as group account director in his previous role. 
 
Astha Sachdeva too, has come onboard as creative group head for Kia Motors. She moves from Hakuhodo, where she was copy supervisor. With eight years of experience, Sachdeva has also worked with agencies like TBWA\India and RK Swamy BBDO, among others. 
 
Arun Upadhyay has joined Innocean India as VP - new business. He will be the key resource in diversifying the client base of the agency. He joins from ARM Worldwide, where he was vice president - influencer marketing. Upadhyay has 17 years of experience and has been associated with companies like Network18, Flipkart, among others. 
 
Santosh Kumar, COO, Innocean India, said, “In the meta age of marketing communications, which is about a genuinely integrated view of the consumer and marketing processes, diversity of people experience and specialist talent will be the key to taking the agency to the next level.
 
Hak No Yun, managing director, Innocean India, added, “I believe that our new hires will be leaders in the transformation of Innocean India. There would be a number of positive changes in work processes at the agency, for which high skill talent would be vital.”
