Confirming the news to Campaign India, Uday Shankar, CEO, STAR India said, “Kevin has done a commendable job as the head of sales during a tough economic environment. Advertising has been depressed over the last one year and Kevin has steered the company’s sales in a good direction over that period of time. In addition, his role had expanded in handling the company’s regional play as well. We felt that the promotion does justice to his expanded role and will be a useful enabler in handling his extended role within the company.”
