Masoom Minawala steps down from Schbang MMaximise

Masoom Minawala has called it a day at Schbang MMaximise after a two-year stint. After turning Schbang MMaximise into a profitable business, the co-founder has sold her stake to Schbang.

An entrepreneur, digital content creator, and fashion influencer, Masoom Minawala is known in the world of fashion for her style and expertise on social media, especially Instagram. She hosts a show on YouTube, titled, 'The Masoom Minawala Show', a talk series featuring conversations with influential leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers from around the globe.

Minawala co-founded the digital marketing and content creation agency, Schbang MMaximise in 2023. In the same year, Magnum signed up with her for the Cannes Film Festival. Going forward, she plans to focus on her show in addition to her entrepreneurial and social media engagements.

In the wake of her exit, Schbang MMaximise will be merged into Schbang's influencer management division, Schbang Fluence. The agency's talent representation business will operate under Represent by Schbang Fluence.

Divisha Iyer, who has 12 years of industry experience including seven years at Schbang, will head Schbang Fluence. Iyer will be responsible for the agency's talent management business and influencer marketing services. She will be assisted by Sneh Chheda and Vaishnavi Thirumalai, her core team members.

Schbang will concentrate on influencer marketing and increase its brand collaborations. Schbang Fluence will work in the areas of influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, meme marketing, PR, and thought leadership, LinkedIn marketing, youth and campus marketing, and podcast production. Represent by Schbang Fluence will nurture a network of content creators, influencers, and celebrities into personal brands. Schbang has set a target of positioning Schbang Fluence as among the top five players in the in influencer marketing segment.
