Madison World acquires majority stake in brand-comm
Madison World has announced that it acquired a controlling stake in Bengaluru based consultancy and PR agency, Integrated brand-comm.
 
 brand-comm was founded by Ramanujam Sridhar 18-years ago. It has offices in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad and has a team of more than 40 PR consultants.
 
Madison World operates in the public relations space through Madison PR. The agency is headed by Paresh Chaudhry and has a 80-member team across offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai.
 
Ramanujam Sridhar, founder and CEO, Integrated brand-comm, said, "Sam Balsara is a legend in the communications industry in India and it is a privilege to be a partner of Madison World. We see significant benefit to our clients and employees from this partnership."
