Must watch on TV: CB Series final, WSH and the Premier League

Yet another sports filled weekend awaits us with football, cricket and hockey playing a major part.

India’s visit to Australia may get a week’s extension if the Australians manage to beat Sri Lanka in the ongoing ODI. The Australians are in the finals already and will play either Sri Lanka or India depending on the result of today’s game.

The first of the three finals take place on Sunday at 08:50 hours. Watch the game Live on Star Cricket.

The Barclays Premier League features two big games this weekend as four teams from the top seven go head-to-head against each other.

On Saturday, seventh placed Liverpool will be looking to get one over Arsenal. Both the teams are looking to get fourth place in the Barclays Premier League and an Arsenal win against the Carling Cup champions will probably end Liverpool’s pursuit of the place. Watch the game Live on ESPN from 18:15 hours onwards.

On Sunday, champions Manchester United take on third placed Tottenham.  Watch the game Live on ESPN from 21:30 hours onwards.

Further, there’s the Bridgestone World Series Hockey.

Sher-E-Punjab take on Karnataka Lions in the first game at 17:00 hours, followed by the game between Chandigarh Comets and the Chennai Cheetahs at 19:00 hours. The Delhi Wizards take on the Pune Strykers at 21:00 hours.
