Neville Bastawala to head marketing for Star World and Movies

Previously, he was the head of marketing at Mid Day.

Neville Bastawala to head marketing for Star World and Movies

Neville Bastawala has joined Star India as head of marketing for Star World and Star Movies. Prior to this, he was the head of marketing at Mid Day since July 2007. 

Confirming the move, Bastawala added, "These are exciting times for the English television channel space with new entrants coming in. Both, Star World and Movies are the number one channels in their space and I am looking forward to take it to the next level."

At Star, Bastawala will be assisting Saurabh Yagnik, general manager and senior vice president, English Channels. 

Previously, he has worked with Nickelodeon as senior manager, marketing. He had also been associated with Advertising Avenues, Mudra, Contract Advertising, Walt Disney TV and HSBC Bank.
