OOH Media, UNICEF India to campaign for the rights of Indian children

OOH Media and UNICEF India have partnered to campaign for the protection of the rights of Indian children. They will work to bring together people from all walks of life, to ensure the basic rights of children in the spirit of UNICEF's global 'Unite for Children' campaign.

OOH Media will communicate messages to raise social awareness issues related to children including child malnutrition, HIV/AIDS, child labour and girls' education through its network of over 4700 LCD screens, placed in prime locations across 23 cities. This partnership with UNICEF India forms a part of OOH Media's on-screen CSR property, OOH CARES. In September, OOH Media will dedicate screen time for messages designed by UNICEF India relating to four separate issues.

Niloufer Dundh, CSO, OOH Media, said, "We will utilize the strength of our network and that of Flexicast to garner maximum benefit for UNICEF. For example, we will have sub-titles on the films customized to the city / region that the film is playing in. Also, we plan to offer potential sponsors an opportunity to promote the cause of UNICEF. CSR is a big initiative that many companies are embarking and UNICEF is a great cause to be associated with."
