R Venkatasubramanian joins MPG as senior director - investments

MPG India has appointed R Venkatasubramanian as senior director - investments. In this role, he will handle the buying requirements for clients like Hyundai, MTS, Kohler, VLCC, M3M and Radico Khaitan. 

Venkatasubramanian has18 years of experience in the media domain, and has worked on brands like Adidas, Parker, Visa and Maruti, across agencies like Media Direction, and Lintas Media Group. 

Commenting on the appointment, Mohit Joshi, executive director - North, MPG, said, "We are very happy to have Venkat with us. He brings with him years of media experience across categories as well as automobile domain expertise. He will further strengthen the already strong buying function of MPG." 
Anita Nayyar, chief executive officer, Havas Media India and South Asia, further added, "Our constant endeavor is to hire good quality people with expertise in their domain and Venkat fits the bill beautifully."
