Snapchat introduces Public Profiles for businesses
Snapchat has announced that it will allow all businesses to house unique content on its app through Public Profiles for free. The app aims to make it a one-stop shop for brands to be discovered organically and engage with customers.

The feature is instantly discoverable throughout Snapchat and users can find brands through search, mentions, discover, lens explorer and ads.

Through this feature, brands can share shoppable products directly within the Snapchat app. They will also have access to insights for their businesses and allow users to subscribe to brand profiles, for more information.

They will also be able to manage content, access mobile and web management tools through ‘business manager’.
