Weekend fun: Riding the ‘Royal Baby’ wave

The birth of prince George Alexander Louis was one of the most talked about topics through this week. Brands decided to join the conversation about ‘The Royal Baby’s’ birthday by creating ads around the birth.

We’re featuring a few of them here:

Carling

Beer brand Carling came up with online ad to celebrate the birth of the Royal Baby. The film ended with a super that congratulated ‘Wills and Kate’.

Heir Raiser

Carling wasn’t the only beer maker to join the revelry. McMullen and Sons, a brewery in Hertford in the United Kingdom, waited for the birth of the baby before releasing its brew, ‘Heir Raiser’.

 

Coca-Cola

Coca-Cola took to its Twitter account to release this:

The Sun

The Sun looked to introduce ‘The Royal Baby’ to some of his young Hollywood peers.

Oreo

Oreo took to Twitter. Along with the picture below, the brand tweeted, ‘Prepare the royal bottle service.’
