ASCI investigated 208 ads in June 
 
In June 2018, ASCI investigated complaints against 208 advertisements. For 63 advertisements, the advertisers promptly ensured corrective action as soon as the complaints were received. ASCI’s Consumer Complaints Council (CCC) upheld complaints against 89 advertisements from a total of 145  advertisements evaluated by them.  
 
Of the 89 advertisements wherein the complaints were upheld, 27 belonged to the education sector, 25 to the healthcare sector, 15 to the food & beverages category, five to personal care and 17 were from the ‘others’ category.
 
FoxyMoron bags The Hershey Company's digital 
 
The Hershey Company has awarded the digital mandate of eight of its brands to FoxyMoron. The brands include Hershey’s Syrups, Hershey’s Milkshake, Hershey’s Spreads, Hershey’s Milk Booster, Sofit, Jolly Rancher, Brookside and Kisses. The account was won following a multi-agency pitch. 
 
Alia Bhatt to endorse Nokia
 
HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, has announced that Alia Bhatt, will be its face in India. A Diwali campaign featuring Bhatt will be soon rolled out. 
 
Aditya Jaishankar and Natasha Kapoor join GoQuest Digital Studios
 
GoQuest Digital Studios, a content studio announced the appointment of Aditya Jaishankar and Natasha Kapoor for its holistic content strategy division-‘Join the Dots.’ 
 
Jaishankar has been in the marketing industry for more than 22 years. He has had stints with Star, Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy & Mather, JWT, Percept H and McCann Worldgroup among others. Kapoor has 20-years experience. 
 
Naturell appoints Pointnine Lintas 
 
Naturell India, manufacturer of protein bars and snacks, Max Protein and Rite Bite, has appointed PointNine Lintas as its omni-channel agency. PointNine Lintas will work on the creative campaign, media buying, performance marketing, social media management and shopper marketing.
 
Social Kinnect to handle Indiabulls Group's digital mandate 
 
Indiabulls Group has appointed Social Kinnect as its digital agency for the entire group. Prior to this, the agency was working with Indiabulls for its 'Home Loans' business.
