Hero MotoCorp pays tribute to Karizma's timeless legacy

Watch the film conceptualised by L&K Saatchi & Saatchi here

Hero MotoCorp has rolled out a campaign #LiveTheLegend featuring Hrithik Roshan and Rannvijay Singha, to pay homage to the legacy of Karizma XMR, known for revolutionising sports biking in the country.

Roshan and Singha were associated with the brand over two decades ago. Roshan, who was brand ambassador of the Karizma, had handed over the bike to Singha, while he was associated with the show Roadies back in 2003.

Conceptualised by L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, the film shows the bike, which once captivated an entire generation, continuing to be cherished and revered even in contemporary times. Narrated by Roshan, the film's voiceover aims to evoke a deep emotional connection, unveiling the modern and advanced avatar of the Karizma XMR. In a nostalgic nod to the past, the film also acknowledges some of the iconic scenes and memorable advertisements from Karizma's history, including the unforgettable ride into a dust storm. Beyond marking the return of a motorcycle in the market, the film celebrates the resurgence of a legend that has consistently inspired generations, turned heads, and remained the aspirational ride for all.

Kartik Smetacek, chief creative officer, L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, said, “The one thing that  became apparent the moment we started working on this brand was that this is not another  bike, this is the Karizma. Even a decade later, the name commands something more than  respect, it commands reverence. The campaign sought to harness this brand love, to stir it,  grow it and create an aura for the next avatar of this legendary name.”
