24 hours with... Anaam Mishra

Anaam Mishra, founder and film director, Green Grass Film, takes us through what a day in his life looks like

24 hours with... Anaam Mishra

Ever wondered what an ideal day in the life of someone from advertising/marketing/media is? We're here to spill the beans on it.

Every Tuesday, we'll have a person from the advertising/marketing/media industry profiled in this section.

Name: Anaam Mishra

Job: Founder and film director, Green Grass Film

Professional and personal mantra: You will never know till you do it.

8:30am: Hit the porcelain throne… with a newspaper!

9am: Two bananas and nothing else.

9:30am: Yoga (well this keeps changing to my teacher’s convenience)

11am: Read mail, read articles on hi-fi, buy music, buy essentials, et al.

1:30pm: Shower and prayers.

2:30-9pm: Work. Go through scripts. Think of treatments. Do Zoom, Teams, Meet. Write. (This sometimes extends to wee hours!).

9pm: JD on the rocks and a movie. (When the above does not extend to wee hours!)

10:30pm-2am: To bed with a book (I am reading One For The Blackbird One For The Crow right now. It’s slightly repetitive but an interesting story of the late 1800s American Prairie.)

And between all this, a million conversations with my daughter, wife and mother.
