Ashok Lalla to join Infosys as global head of digital marketing

Ashok Lalla is set to join Infosys as global head, digital marketing. Lalla assumes his new role in Bengaluru from 4 October 2012. He has confirmed the move to Campaign India.

Prior to this, he worked with Mindshare as leader - digital, South Asia. He has also worked with Euro RSCG, now Havas Worldwide (India), where he handled digital strategy for brands like IBM and Unilever. 

Lalla returns to the client side of the business after three years. Previously, he had worked as director of internet marketing for Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces for nine years (2000-2009).
