Friday Box Office

Tron:Legacy and Mirch hit the silver screen this week.

Friday Box Office

This Friday, no high profile Hindi movies are lined up for release, as the Christmas weekend is coming up soon. While Vinay Shukla’s movie Mirch released today, the big ticket film to release this weekend is Disney’s sequel for 1982 sci-fi film Tron.

Mirch, the Konkona Sen Sharma, Shreyas Talpade and Raima Sen starrer revolves around four short stories on issues of women emancipation based from the Panchatantra, and travels in its various versions to modern times. Meanwhile, directed by debutant Joseph Kosinski, ‘Tron: Legacy’ revolves around a virtual-world worker’s plans to take down the Master Control Program.

Other Hindi movies which hit the screens this Friday are 332 Mumbai to India, Kaalo and PayBack.
