Leo Burnett’s KV Sridhar on New York Festival's executive jury for 2013

Organisers of the New York Festivals have announced the executive jury members for the 2013 edition of the awards. Among those named as is KV Sridhar, chief creative officer, India Sub-continent, Leo Burnett.

The second round of the 2013 executive jury members includes Mike Geiger, president chief integration officer, JWT North America, USA; Merlee Jaymee, chairman and chief creative officer, DM9 Jayme Syfu, Philippines; Amir Kassaei, worldwide chief creative officer, DDB Worldwide; Jason Peterson, chief creative officer, Havas Worldwide, USA; Marcus Rebeschini, chief creative officer - Asia, Y&R Asia, Singapore. More executive jury appointments are to be announced.

The executive jury will evaluate only entries shortlisted by a larger ‘grand jury’. The online ‘grand jury’ comprises over 400 international executive creative directors.

Michael O’Rourke, president, international awards group, New York Festivals, said, “This process of the executive jury evaluating entries during five rounds of judging allows each entry to be given the utmost attention.  To have your work seen by a jury with this much combined  experience makes earning an award in the New York Festivals International Advertising Awards a testimony to the creativity and originality of the entry.”

The executive jury will convene in New York City from 27 April to 1 May. The awards night is scheduled for 2 May 2013.
