Manyavar gets digitally involved with Mirum India and Wunderman Thompson Commerce

The partnership aims at helping the brand connect with online and offline users through various channels

Manyavar gets digitally involved with Mirum India and Wunderman Thompson Commerce
Manyavar has entered into a digital partnership with Mirum India and Wunderman Thompson Commerce – part of the WPP Group. 
 
This move is part of the brand’s plans to further strengthen its end-to-end customer experience. 
 
The account was won post a multi-agency pitch. Mirum India will handle the account from it's Mumbai office, whereas Wunderman Thompson Commerce will operate from Delhi. 
 
The partnership aims at helping the brand connect with online and offline users through various channels, via marketing programs, sales CRM and Salesforce Einstein.
 
As part of the mandate, the agencies will bring their salesforce suite capabilities, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud to complete Manyavar’s digital transformation.
