Max Life Insurance elevates Rahul Talwar, Aalok Bhan moves on

Talwar who has been elevated as chief marketing officer, will continue as chief customer officer

Max Life Insurance has elevated Rahul Talwar as chief marketing officer. 
 
He takes the reigns from Aalok Bhan, who left the organisation after a decade-long stint.  
 
Bhan joined the company in October 2012 as director - strategic initiatives and was elevated as chief marketing officer in January 2019. 
 
Prior to his current role, Talwar was chief customer officer and head, marketing at the company. However, he will continue his role as chief customer officer. 
 
In his current role, he will lead the company’s marketing, corporate communications, consumer insights and customer obsession agenda. He will also enable consumer and brand connect for all stakeholders.      
 
Talwar will report to Prashant Tripathy, managing director and chief executive officer, Max Life Insurance.                                                                    
 
Tripathy said, “Rahul has been an exceptional people’s leader, a brand evangelist and a keen change advocate within the organisation. His sharp marketing acumen, deep consumer insights and strategic focus has strengthened the goodwill and reputation of the brand amongst our customers. Rahul’s experience and expertise will be valuable in shaping the next level of our brand journey aligned with our business objectives. I also thank Aalok for his invaluable contribution to the organisation and wish him well for the future.”
 
Talwar said, “The life insurance industry is constantly evolving, bringing along the need to establish an ‘always on approach’ with new-age customers. With over 17 years of experience, he has also worked with companies like PepsiCo India, Pladis India and the Aditya Birla Group.
