Buying to be done by DIPP directly, through DAVP, in India and overseas

Mindshare, Kinetic Worldwide bag media duties for ‘Make in India’
Mindshare and Kinetic Worldwide (WPP) have been roped in for a period of three years to handle the media duties of the government of India's ‘Make in India’ initiative. 
 
The agencies will be responsible for handling the media planning, strategies and media audits for the campaign. The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) will be responsible for buying media in India and overseas directly through the Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity (DAVP).
 
Prasanth Kumar, CEO,  Mindshare South Asia, said, "It's a privilege to be working with the government of India and we will be pulling in our collective experiences from all counterparts to deliver value on this campaign."
