Clios 2009 shortlist has been released for all categories except Radio. India has nine shortlists. The tally of shortlists in alphabetical order is as follows: Contract has two shortlists with one each in Design and in the Poster category; Leo Burnett Mumbai has two shortlists with one in Design and another in the Integrated campaign category; O&M Bangalore has two shortlists, one each in Poster and Print Direct Mailer category; Publicis has three shortlists, with one each in Design, Innovative and TV/Cinema/Digital category.
Contract’s design arm Design Sutra has a shortlist in Package Design for Chocolate Box – (CSR) and the agency has a shortlist in the Poster category for Aadhar Association- Family Name (Public Service).
Leo Burnett has two shortlists; one is in Corporate Identity Design for Luxor Pre Highlighted Stationary and another in the Integrated campaign category for Luxor Highlighter Pens.
O&M Bangalore has a shortlist in the Poster category for 'Chhattisgarh Peace Initiative' (Public Service Corporate) and one in Print: Direct Mailer for IBM Verb Dictionary (Dimensional).
In Design, Publicis has a shortlist in Environmental Design for Cancer Patients Aid Association. In the TV/Cinema/ Digital category, Publicis has a shortlist for Himani Fast Relief ‘The Human Machine.’ In the Innovative category, the agency has a shortlist for Wespro Digital Cameras’ ‘Sports Capture.’
The winners will be announced at the Clios 2009 awards ceremony to be held from May 12 to 14 at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas.
