Serve and backhand in the kitchen: Lowe's new TVC for Micromax Mobiles

Micromax Mobiles has unveiled its television commercial for Gamolution, its mobile handset targeted at gamers.The handset doubles up as a motion sensor joystick of sorts and besides allowing one to make calls and receive them, it also has the ability "to turn into a remote control, converting ordinary desktops and laptops into gaming console".

Micromax Mobiles has unveiled its television commercial for Gamolution, its mobile handset targeted at gamers.

The handset doubles up as a motion sensor joystick of sorts and besides allowing one to make calls and receive them, it also has the ability "to turn into a remote control, converting ordinary desktops and laptops into gaming console".

Lowe Lintas is the creative agency behind the campaign which sees brand ambassador Akshay Kumar in the role of a cook who creates complete chaos in the kitchen once he discovers that his cellphone suddenly double up as a tennis racquet. Delighted to discover the powers of his phone, Kumar takes the tennis animation game on a laptop in the kitchen to new levels as he jumps around, making a complete mess of the kitchen.

Commenting on the campaign, Rahul Sharma, excecutive director, Micromax Mobiles said, "We have a gaming product targetted at purely youngsters who are gamers. Everybody thinks gaming is only restricted to mobile phones, but our Gamolution range of phones is going to take gaming on devices like desktops and laptops to a totally new level."
