Take your TV wherever you go, says Tata Photon Plus' new campaign

Tata Teleservices has come up with a new TV campaign for its wireless broadband service Tata Photon Plus. The TVC attempts to communicate to users about Tata Photon TV, a feature that allows them to watch TV channels, on-the-go.

Trivikram Thakore, vice president - marketing and communication, Tata Teleservices says, "Users today are extremely mobile and prefer having access to information and entertainment on their finger tips. Through Photon TV, we are trying to communicate that viewers can now 'carry TV with them'. Photon TV is one such innovation which allows consumers to break free from the shackles of hectic work schedules and enjoy watching their favourite TV channels, wherever they are."

The film opens with the shot of a man who leaves his house carrying a television set. His mother, surprised, can't believe her eyes. The man carries the TV set wherever he goes - from the petrol pump, to the restaurant, to the terrace of his building and so on.

Raj Nair, senior vice president and executive creative director, Contract Advertising adds, "The excitement of watching TV on-the-go has been demonstrated by a young man who is so much in love with his TV that he carries it around everywhere he goes, oblivious about anything and anyone around him. The film treatment has a bystander's observational quality, while the music score is quirky and memorable and adds to the watchable quotient of the film," says Nair.
