The winners of the third edition of Campaign India’s Women Leading Change Awards have been announced, showcasing exceptional talent across the industry. This year, a total of 15 winners and 11 commendations were awarded, reflecting the dynamic contributions of women professionals and businesses in various sectors.

Ruchika Varma, chief marketing officer of Future Generali bagged several awards, including the titular 'Women Leading Change of the Year', 'Women Leading Change Campaign', ‘Creative Captain’ and ‘Game Changer’ trophies. The financial company also stood out with multiple wins, including 'Diverse—Inclusive Workplace of the Year' and ‘Diversity Campaign’ awards, highlighting its commitment to fostering an inclusive culture.

Ad agency Infectious celebrated a win with its CEO and managing partner, Nisha Singhania, taking the 'CEO of the Year' award. This was in recognition of her leadership and innovative approach.

Similarly, Schbang Digital Solutions claimed the 'Creative Captain' award for its ‘Finolex Peedhiyan Badlengi Pipe Nahi(Finolex will change generations, not just pipes), campaign. It underlined the emphasis that its associate vice president—solutions and business head for the influencer management, Divisha Iyer, places on using creativity to solve business issues.

The 'Entrepreneurship of the Year' category saw Nisha Singhania from Infectious bagging the win. Archana Jain, founder of PR Pundit Public Relations got a commendation after being recognised for her entrepreneurial spirit. The fintech sector also saw Dhvani Jagasia, head of finance from Schbang Digital Solutions win the 'Fintech Woman Leader' award, marking a significant achievement in the financial technology landscape.

Notably, Havas India’s CHRO Vandana Tilwani was awarded the 'Game Changer' accolade, highlighting her impactful contributions to the industry. In the 'Innovator of the Year' category, Jayatri Dasgupta, CMO from PayNearby won for her project 'Digital Naari', fostering innovation in digital solutions.

The awards also lauded rising talents, with Sanjana Chetan, senior strategist of DDB Mudra Group winning the 'Rising Star' award for her work on ‘The Hire’ campaign for recruitment platform Indeed. Additionally, young leaders were celebrated with Urja Khanna, client director of Conran Design Mumbai winning the 'Young Business Leader' award.

The jurors for Women Leading Change Awards were Jyoti Mahendru, chief people officer at  Wunderman Thompson South Asia, Rituparna Dasgupta, executive vice president-planning and strategy, network insights and planning at Zee and Sujala Martis, consumer marketing at Platinum Guild India.

These awards not only underscore the significant contributions of women across various sectors but also highlight the ongoing efforts to support and promote gender diversity and leadership in the professional arena.
