Spain's top football division, LaLiga, has rolled out its first campaign for the Indian market.

The campaign consists of a film featuring its recently appointed brand ambassador Rohit Sharma. With shots of games from the league, the film looks to spread the message what LaLiga stands for - discipline, pride, precision and passion. It ends with Sharma stating 'it's not football, it's LaLiga'.

Jose Antonio Cachaza, MD, LaLiga India, said, “Looking back at the past three years, we can proudly say that we have managed to carve a space for ourselves in the hearts of millions of football fans in India. We have also learned about the passion this country has for premium international sporting content and we have launched this campaign to take LaLiga closer to millions more. We have the perfect combination, with great content, an icon like Rohit Sharma as our ambassador and a strong broadcast partner like Facebook.”
