Hyundai's Xcent vows to 'multiply your life' with some 'extra' advantages

Watch the ad film conceptualised by Innocean Worldwide India

Hyundai Motor India (HMIL) has extended its association with Shah Rukh Khan - the actor has been signed on as brand ambassador for the Xcent.

Khan features in a TVC conceptualised by Innocean Worldwide India that highlights the extra features for the family sedan.

The film revolves around Khan always wanting something 'extra'. It begins at a restaurant as the family orders food. As the order is placed, Khan goes on to say, “Extra cheese please”. This is followed by his phone ringing. He receives it to tell his boss that he needs “extra time”. In the following scene, the family is seen outside a dessert shop where once again Khan orders for extra strawberries. As he does this, his family looks at him exasperated, but Khan still goes ahead. Next, the family is shown waiting for their car from the valet. Khan gives away his keys and says nothing for once. His children see this and begin to pull his leg. As the car comes into the frame, the entire family is awestruck. As they drive around, a voice over says, “ The real family sedan. For the family that wants extra space, extra comfort, extra style and extra love.”

BS Seo, MD and CEO, HMIL, said, “It’s been a wonderful journey with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, as we complete 16 years of long-standing association. SRK’s association has enhanced the brand’s reminiscence and propagated our modern, premium brand values. And with the transition from i10 to Xcent, the new association connects the family man Shah Rukh Khan with the attributes of real family sedan Xcent.”
