f1studioz, a global design, development and UI/UX services provider from LS Digital Group, has launched its business solutions, PrimePath and SwiftResponse, in India.

The software tool PrimePath employs analytics and AI to curb high dropout rates and inconsistent experiences. It aims to streamline key customer interactions to deliver a smooth and engaging experience. The tool has been built to suit e-commerce, banking, healthcare, and hospitality industries.

SwiftResponse, on the other hand, aims to improve contact centre productivity by addressing high handling times, long wait times, low first-call resolution rates, inefficient call routing, and missed cross-selling opportunities. It uses real-time dashboards and AI workflows to enhance agent productivity and customer satisfaction and is suitable for industries such as telecommunications, banking, and travel`.

Stating that today’s customers expect consistent and intuitive experiences across all platforms Santosh Shukla, co-founder and CEO for UI/UX at LS Digital, said, “PrimePath empowers businesses to meet and exceed these expectations by creating journeys that are not only efficient but also deeply personalised.”

According to f1studioz, businesses often face challenges with complicated customer journeys, leading to poor user experiences, high dropout rates, and lower customer satisfaction. Inconsistent interactions across different points can confuse and weaken brand loyalty. Its software tools aim to address these issues to deliver an enhanced customer experience.

f1studioz became a group company of LS Digital after its acquisition by the latter in 2022. The acquisition aimed to strengthen LS Digital’s focus on UI/UX design, in line with its focus on digital transformation services.
