STAR Plus pulls away

As the Hindi GEC space gets more cluttered, STAR Plus (367 GRPs, TAM, Week 28, CS 4+) widens the gap between itself and the number 2, Zee (231 GRPs) bolstered by strong performances by Bidayi and Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar. Sony (94 GRPs), Imagine (90 GRPs) and 9X (86 GRPs) slug it out for the third spot.STAR One and Sahara continue to be in the consideration set for the third spot with GRPs in the high 70s.Viacom 18's Colors launches on Monday, 21 July to queer the pitch for the incumbents.
