Locobuzz has launched CMOVerse.ai, a generative AI-powered marketing intelligence tool to help brands extract real-time insights from social media data. CMOVerse.ai converts social and digital chatter into structured, actionable intelligence for brand marketers.
The new tool can deliver daily insights into brand performance, sentiment shifts, competitor moves, and emerging trends. It can compile this data within hours—a task, which, the company states, a traditional market research would take weeks to complete.
Locobuzz is an enterprise software company specialising in digital customer experience management known for its CX management platform that automates customer experience journey. The company launched the new tool, CMOVerse.ai, at its 10th anniversary celebration function held in Mumbai, last week.

The AI in social media market was estimated to be valued at $1.64 billion in 2023 and is projected to reach $5.66 billion by 2028, according to a report published by ReportLinker.
Some of the top global vendors vying for a piece of this growing pie, according to a Zapier list, include FeedHive, Buffer, Flick, Predis.ai, Publer, ContentStudio, Hootsuite, and StoryChief. Even the market in India seems to be bustling with activity. For instance, recently, a media monitoring software solutions provider Wizikey introduced an AI-powered news and social media monitoring solution that tracks YouTube, X, and Instagram, while integrating with Google Analytics to offer business metrics analysis.
Some of the other tech-vendors in India which offer AI-powered social media monitoring and analytics for brands include Bengaluru-based Frrole.ai, Mumbai-based QuickMetrix, and a Mohali-based software development firm Debut Infotech, which offers AI-based agents for social media monitoring for brands.
