Haldiram’s sweetens ties that go bitter

Watch the film conceptualised by RepIndia here

Haldiram’s has rolled out a campaign for Holi, titled ‘Manao Khushiyon ke Rang, Haldiram's ke sang’ (celebrate the colours of happiness, with Haldiram’s) to highlight how some relationships are more important than the grudges we hold. Conceptualised by RepIndia, the film showcases how a box of sweets during festivities, and the first move can mend relationships worth saving.

The film begins with a family planning on meeting their friends, who they’ve been estranged from for quite some time. As the wife contemplates her decision to reconcile by telling her husband that their friends didn’t even apologise yet, her husband tells her that festivities are a good time to bury the hatchet and start afresh. The couple then goes to their friend’s house.

However, the moment the door opens, the other couple look at them with an expression of disbelief. Just as they share glances, the couple’s kid runs inside their home with a box of sweets and wishes them a happy Holi. The other couple then smiles and welcomes their friends into their home.

Divya Batra, head of marketing, Haldiram's, said, "We at Haldiram's believe that no festival is completed without authentic taste of Haldiram's sweets and savouries.
